Who are we looking for?

Currently, we are looking for the candidates to work as:

Account Manager IT

Requirements:

  • minimum 3 years of experience at the same position supported with the knowledge  of market and products,
  • knowledge of terms within the scope of CRM, ERP, Workforce Management systems or other,
  • the additional asset will be the knowledge of terms connected with BI, OSS/BSS, MVNO systems and mobile solutions,
  • high sales abilities with the documentation of successes,
  • high communicativeness, self-reliance, good organization of work, negotiation skills and strong ambition of targets achievement,
  • the in-company training prepared and organized on the basis of earlier analysis of employees training needs,
  • the additional asset will be own data base of Clients.

Duties:

  • active searching for new clients for IT solutions of enterprise class,
  • preparing and conducting the trade presentations, the preparation of sales offers, conducting the sales process, negotiating of agreements,
  • building and maintaining the long-term business relationships,
  • the participation in company’s sales strategy creation,
  • the analysis of Clients activity in order to identify their needs and offer the appropriate solution,
  • broadening the knowledge of technology and products.

Developer / Java programmer

Requirements:

  • very good knowledge of Java language,
  • knowledge of J2EE, Hibernate, JPA, GWT, Spring is additional asset,
  • the ability of web systems creating,
  • preferred knowledge of: WebServices, BPEL,
  • high education in IT or similar field preferred,
  • knowledge of data base terms (SQL, especially Oracle),
  • independence,
  • work in the seat office in Cracow.

Duties:

  • creating of advanced IT systems in the modern technologies based on  J2EE and Java.

Developer / Data base systems programmer  (PL/SQL, Oracle)

Requirements:

  • good knowledge of the following languages: PL/SQL, SQL,
  • knowledge of Progress 4GL preferred,
  • the ability of data base system designing preferred,
  • high education or students of last years of studies,
  • independence, creativity.

Duties:

  • programming of advanced data base systems,
  • creating GUI in Power Builder technology,
  • the implementation into the telecommunication terms,
  • maintenance of accomplished systems.

Software Analyst

Requirements:

  • high education,
  • experience in working at the similar position is preferred,
  • good knowledge of English,
  • the ability of analytical thinking,

Duties:

  • modelling the processes and needs of clients in UML, BPEL, BPM, etc.,
  • the analysis of business needs in reference to the created software,
  • creating the analytic documentation,
  • the project elaboration on the basis of content,
  • the ability of negotiating with clients.

IT software tester

Requirements:

  • high education or student of last years of technical studies (IT preferred),
  • ability of profound testing of complicated IT systems,
  • ability of logical thinking and quick knowledge acquisition,
  • good-knowledge of Java, Java Swing, SQL technologies
  • individuality, resourcefulness,
  • residency in Cracow.

Duties:

  • preparing of test scenarios,
  • testing of IT systems in accordance with the prepared scenarios,
  • controlling of software creation process

Sales representative

Requirement:

  • min. 1 year of experience in sales on the ICT market,
  • higher education, IT is preferred,
  • knowledge of terms connected with technologies allowing to create software,
  • documentation of sales results,
  • the ability of client needs analysis,
  • the ability of tenders preparation,
  • the experience in negotiating of co-operation terms with contractors,
  • the easiness in making contacts with clients,
  • the fluent ability of MS/Open/Libre Office, electronic mail and the Internet operating,
  • good knowledge of English,
  • independence, creativeness, communicativeness.

Duties:

  • visiting clients (a few times a month),
  • conducting of IT system presentations (a few times a month),
  • searching for new contacts,
  • negotiations with a client,
  • participation in designing of new systems,
  • offers and marketing materials elaborating,
  • the ability of trainings conducting.
